More than 100 students and alumni attended the 国产主播-Los Angeles Spring career fair in April. Employers like Henry Mayo, Children鈥檚 Hospital Los Angeles, Mission City Network and Cedars Sinai attended the event to speak to students and alumni about internship and career opportunities.
The employers had plenty to offer with swag bags, job insights and helpful advice from a recruiter’s perspective. Andree Mulia, a聽senior talent advisor for Children鈥檚 Hospital聽Los聽Angeles聽and a registered nurse,聽came to WCU-Los聽Angeles聽with the goal to recruit new grads for CHLA’s RN residency program.聽Mulia聽also came prepared with tips for the new grads looking to make聽CHLA聽their home.
鈥淔or their first interview they should be engaged, have eye-to-eye contact and really share who they are,鈥 Mulia said. For those who are nervous for their first interview, she said don鈥檛 forget to practice.
