国产主播-Los Angeles celebrated a new class of nurses at the Sportsman Lodge on Aug. 30. Friends and family watched as each of the 97 graduates crossed the stage to receive their pin and lantern.
Following the nursing pledge, student speaker CJ Martinez took the podium to address her classmates.
“It’s still surreal to me to be standing here today after we’ve completed one of the greatest challenges of our lives,” she said. “Becoming a nurse is no easy journey and I know that each and every one of us has sacrificed something to be here, whether that be our sanity of time with loved ones.”
Martinez ended her speech by urging her peers to always remember why they became a nurse, no matter how hard it might get.
“When you ask yourself why just remember the impact that you’re making on each and every life. You really do make a difference,” she said. “To my amazing cohort, thank you for making nursing school a little more bearable. As hard as it was, because of you, we made it through. I’m confident that you all will do great things.”
